Athlete Career Transition
Athlete Career Transition was created in 2010 through a combination of the career transition experiences of ACT’s Founders, retired Welsh International Rugby Union brothers, Andy and Steve Moore.
Professional athletes, from all sports, retire from their sporting lives with little recognition or realisation of the skills they have developed over years of high-performance competition. Over the past decade, ACT has developed a robust and comprehensive transition support program for athletes at all stages of their transition from sport, enabling them to successfully transfer those high-performance skill sets into the most appropriate business environments for them.
Though ACT is a niche business, our range of employer partners is diverse. We work with some of the world’s top organisations providing them with a rare combination of talent opportunities that is diverse and high performing by its very nature. ACT is a unique talent solution looking at talent from a completely different perspective, ensuring long-term successful outcomes for business partners and athletes alike.
ACT is the leading career transition platform for athletes globally that aims to support athletes in successfully transitioning to a fulfilling career beyond sports. Our services include access to a network of employers who value the skills and experience of athletes, career matching, career placement and transition support.
