Randolph-Macon College invites applications for the 12-month position of Assistant Women's Soccer Coach. Randolph-Macon is an NCAA Division III institution competing in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.
Responsibilities •Assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of running a successful program. •Practice and game day preparation. •Helping develop student-athletes. •Assistance with recruiting efforts. •Assistance with fundraising for the program. •Assistance with camps, clinics, and campus visits.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous competitive playing experience at the collegiate level required.
- Previous coaching experience preferred.
- Applicants should be familiar and comfortable with the philosophy of education at a selective liberal arts college and with the Division III philosophy of athletics.
- Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record, by insurance standards.
